As I have always said in the past, when someone accepts a position for employment with BBI my only hope is that they feel compelled to make a career out of it. It is absolutely incumbent upon us as managers to develop our employees, both professionally and personally, so that they may advance in their careers inside or outside of the Jiffy Lube system.
